A note about our very special Chef for our Valentine's Dinner Party:
Executive Chef Eric J. Therrien is a New England Native and a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute. He brings with him a background of authentic French food with a hint of nouveau cuisine to native New England tastes. If you have eaten at La Poule a Dents, Simon Pierce, or the York Harbor Inn in Maine, you may already have experienced his wonderful cuisine. Bon Appetit!
